 environment The EPA has listed; many
 sources categories, but has yet to list o
' regulate research and development     r
 (R&D) facilities. Today's notice provides
 advance notice that the EPA Intends to
 list R&D,  and solicits comments and
 Information bn the best way to list and
 regulate such sources.
