    SUBJECT: Availability  of  Supplemental  Labeling  Under
               FIFRA §24(c)

    Background: As provided by EPA's regulation [40 CFR162.153(e)]
    the 24(c) supplemental label must accompany the federally (FIFRA
    section 3) registered product. When the state issues the Special
    Local Needs, 24(c) registration, the SLN registrant should assure
    that the 24(c) label is made available to purchasers who wish to use
    the product for the SLN use.

    Alert:     if you have been issued a 24(c) registration supplemental
    label in any state, you should take necessary steps to. assure thai
    the supplemental label is mad^avaM^JQ purchasers who wish to.
     use the product for. the SLN use.  If you do not hold a 24(c)  state
     registration supplemental label, but plan to register one in the future,
     you should be aware of your obligation to provide supplemental
     labels to purchasers and users of the product.
