I am writing to introduce the booklet entitled Sources of Technical and Financial
Assistance for Small Drinking Water Systems. The Drinking Water Utilities Team has produced
this booklet to serve as a capacity building resource for small drinking water systems.

This new document will be of value to small drinking water systems and others working
with small systems. The booklet contains information about each source's mission, the types of
assistance that can be provided, and contact information. I ask that you help us ensure that the
booklet reaches the systems who will most benefit from it. We also welcome and encourage any
feedback to help us improve upon the quality and effectiveness of this and future products.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to have your f
staff call Andrew Biejanski at (202) 564-3824. Additional copies of this document can be I
