RE:    BASINS 2.01 Update
The BASINS 2.0 CD can now be upgraded to version 2.01 via download from the BASINS web
page (www.epa.gov/ost/BASINS).  The Version 2.01 setup.exe file is a 2.5 MB patch which
replaces a small number of BASINS system files, and is run after loading BASINS 2.0.  The
patch corrects Y2K deficiencies associated with the Water Quality Observation Data utilities and
addresses file management issues and user-reported errors associated with the Nonpoint Source
Model (NPSM). Please see our web page for additional details on modifications included in the
BASINS 2.01 update. All BASINS users are encouraged to download the patch and run the
setup.exe file after loading BASINS 2.0 on their system.
