                                                              Program. Your first information source is your
                                                              State.  Check to see if it has a small-community
                                                              program.  If not, EPA's outreach  program can
                                                              help you. It points to information that can help
                                                              you decide on financing, technology, and peo-
                                                              ple. It  can also direct you to organizations that
                                                              may give  you technical assistance. Check with
                                                              your U.S.  EPA regional office small-community
                                                              outreach  coordinator or the EPA National Small
                                                              Flows  Clearinghouse.
