Pamphlet Will
My Operation Be
Regulated? to find
out if your facility is

If you own or operate a
CAPO, you must keep
records on how you
manage nutrients and
waste from your operation.
Mere are the minimum
requirements for record
keeping and reporting:
S You must keep all of your records on-site at your
CAPO for at least 5 years.
S You must provide your records to your permitting
authority on request.
What records do I have to keep?

may depend on the size of
your CAPO. You can expect
the requirements to include
