This is not a comprehensive list of all OSW documents, but rather
a select list of those titles that are frequently requested.

Method of Payment
Customers may pay for reports (and other NTIS products and
services) by: (1)credit card - American Express, MasterCard, or
VISA; (2)check or money order, on a U.S. bank, payable to NTIS;
(3)an NTIS Deposit Account; or (4)by asking to be billed (add
$7.50 per order) United States, Canada, and Mexico only.
Handling Fee
A $3.00 handling fee per total order (not per item) applies to
U.S. orders. In all other countries the handling fee is $4.00
per order.
Postage and Shipping
Orders are shipped First Class mail or equivalent except for
addresses outside the United States. For air mail service to
Canada and Mexico add $3.00 per printed report and $0.75 per
microfiche copy.
Order Turnaround Time
Orders for technical reports are generally shipped within 3 to 8
days of receipt.
