DMR-QAi DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORT - QUALITY ASSURANCE (DMR-QA) STUDY 18 REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR LABORATORIES PARTICIPATING IN WP040 THAT MUST ALSO REPORT ANALYTICAL DATA TO REQUESTING NPDES PERMITTEES FOR DMR-QA STUDY 18 PURPOSES Analytical data for most WP040 inorganic samples may also be reported to requesting NPDES permittees for their participation in DMR-QA Study 18. If any NPDES permittees have requested DMR-QA Study 18 data from you, complete the pink-colored NPDES Chemistry Laboratory Data Report Form which has also been enclosed and submit a copy to each requesting NPDES permittee, according to page 2 and 3 of these instructions. ------- DMR-QA STUDY 18 CHEMISTRY LABORATORY REPORTING PROCEDURE You must forward the results of your analyses to requesting IMPDES permittees on the enclosed pink- colored IMPDES Chemistry Laboratory Data Report Forms, or a photo-copy of it. Results reported by the laboratories to USEPA Contractor (ManTech Environmental) or USEPA will not satisfy the reporting requirements of the permittee. The permittees have their own orange-colored report forms to fill out and submit to the USEPA Contractor. Do not submit NPDES Chemistry Laboratory Report Forms to the USEPA Contractor or USEPA; only NPDES Permittees should report to the USEPA Contractor for the DMR-QA Study.
