                                    provided the Collection

                      Recently, EPA
                      staff asked us to
                      do a computer
                      literature search

environmental problems arising from
mining wastes, including their impact
on CERCLA responses. Relevant citations

Describes examples of irrational behavior

Superfund cases. This two part article is
based upon economic/behavior research
findings as well as the author's experience
in this area. The hope is that Superfund
practice will become more cost-effective
