       Dr. Joseph Seifter, eminent colleague, scholar in pharmacology and medicine, and valued
member of the  U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Toxic Substances,  left behind
a legacy  of valuable research.  In tribute,  this bibliography of publications and patents,  which
spans Dr. Seifter's career, was compiled. Copies of the works listed are located in the Office of
