SCOPE
Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know
Act obligates the owners or operators of certain facilities within SIC
Codes 20 through 39 to report annually to EPA and to the state in which
the facility is located concerning the quantities of those substances at the
facility, how those substances are treated or disposed of, and the annual
quantity of each such toxic chemical entering each environmental
medium.
This compilation list reports, pamphlets, fact sheets, handbooks, guides,
etc. published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of
Toxic Substances that assist industry in complying with this law, and to
inform the public of their rights under the law. Also the identity,
quantity, locations and properties of hazardous substances in the
community.
