We base available funds upon advices of allowance (and sub- allocations) issued; we have not reduced the balances to re- flect projects recommended for funding (commitments) but not yet awarded. We estimate projected annual funding data at the time of publication. Monthly awards figures are preliminary and subject to adjustment. An administratively consolidated grant is one funded under more than one grant authority by the Environmental Protection Agency. Increases and decreases in funding may include revisions (change in project scope) and augmentations (project scope unchanged ) . The Financial Management Division will provide detailed in- formation upon request. ------- Charts Contents Highlights 1 _ALL GRANT PROGRAMS HEADQUARTERS ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS Research Awards by Fields of Science 2 STATE AND LOCAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS Hastewater Treatment Works (WWT) Construction New and Continuation' Projects Funded 3,4,5 Other Than WWT Construction Grant Awards by Program during FY 82 6 Cumulative Grant Awards by Program for FY 81 & FY 82 7,8 ALL GRANT PROGRAMS Grant Awards Summary 9 HEADQUARTERS ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS Monthly Grant Awards 10 Active Grants 11 STATE AND LOCAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS Monthly Grant Awards by Program 12 Active Projects - Awards by Region 13 Wastewater Treatment Works (WWT) Construction Grant Activity 14 Monthly Obligations by Region 15 Active Projects - Numbers and Collars 16 Completed Projects 17 Status of Allotments 18,19,20 Active Projects By Municipality Population 21 States With Delegated Permit Programs 22 Other Than WWT Construction APC Grant Awards by State 23 WPC (106) State s Interstate Solid & Hazardous Waste Management Grant Awards by State 24 Safe Drinking Water & Pesticides Enforcement Grant Awards by State 25 Tables This report is designed to be a working document for EPA staff and an information source for our other readers.
