PURPOSE: The purpose of this memorandum is to transmit ,-•
final bibliography of Quick Reference Fact Sheets to the Region.! I

BACKGROUND: As required by the 90-Day Study, v:e have
compiled and scheduled a listing of the Quick Reference Fact.
ShT'is, both published and proposed by the Regions and
Headquarters programs. Attached is a final bibliography.
OBJECTIVE AND IMPLEMENTATION: Some of the fact sheets
proposed by the Regions are not within the scope of the Office <>i
Emergency and Remedial Response. These; titles have been forv/ardori
to Bruce Diamond, Director, Office of Waste Programs Enforcement,
and Walt Kovalick, Director, Technology Innovation Office, for
their consideration. <
In addition to the standard distribution of each Fact Sheet
to the mailing list developed by the Headquarters originator, setv
of 100 each are being provided to the Regional Waste Management
Division Directors. Additional copies of published Fact Sheet?;
are available to the Regions through the Superfund Docket and
Information Center at FTS-8-382-6940.
