Since the Agency's current definition of >'- electroplating includes phoaphatJCa^rocaaaes, the exemption for sine plating on carbon steel['*mti&.'applies ,to; sine,;- ',v.;-,'. ;w^':" phosphating on carbon ateal. This exemption applies only <«• if the wastestream from the sine phosphating process is not ^ comingled with any other hasardoua waate.
