     An existing incinerator permit  does  not  need  to  be  modified to incorproate
revised Part 264 regulations if the  permit  states  the  incinerator may burn
specific dioxin wastes;  and if the  permit requires  the incinerator to achieve a
99.9999% ORE on those wastes.

     In addition, a permitted incinerator does  not  need  certification to handle
dioxin wastes.
