Searching Tips 8t Tricks
^ Use the wildcard character "*" to
truncate words or report numbers.
Example: epa310r95*
% Search for EPA report numbers with or
without punctuation, and with either upper or
lowercase letters.
Example: epa310R95002; epa/310-r-95-002
^ Use the advanced search screen to
limit your search to a particular publica-
tion date. Search a range of publication
dates by using a colon.
Example: 1995:1999
^ Choose a specific library collection to
narrow your search to the holdings of one
EPA library.
^ Generate bibliographies by choosing
the "display records as bibliography" link
at the top of the results screen.
