This document is intended to provide the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Oil Program
with a mailing list of entities, including trade organizations and industry associations, which
represent various sectors subject to'the Oil Pollution Prevention Regulation. The document is
intended for EPA's use in targeting these organizations for outreach, so that EPA can
disseminate accurate information relating to the regulation. Addresses, phone numbers and
e-mail addresses are provided where available.

This document is limited in scope to trade organizations and industry associations and is by no
means all-inclusive. Within each industry sector there are two subdivisions: national and
regional. The organizations are listed in alphabetical order under each. A few organizations
appear in more than one industry sector because their scope of activity covers related areas.
Conversely, associations that are not directly involved in a particular industry are listed
separately under "all sectors."

Most of the organizations appearing in this document are national; the few that are strictly
regional follow under their own subhead.
