Clearinghouse
The RACT/BACT/LAER Clearing-
house Information System (BUS), lo-
cated on the U.S. EPA's Office of Air
Quality Planning and Standards Technol-
ogy Transfer Network (TTN) is available to
help air pollution control personnel make
control technology determinations. The
data base contains over 2800 RACT,
BACT, and LAER determinations from 49
states and three territories. Information
on air emission limits and control technol-
ogy for over 200 pollutants and 1000
processes collected from State and local
air pollution control agencies is listed.
BLIS users benefit from its location on
the TTN. This bulletin board provides
access to seven other data bases
and allows communication
between users.
The number of BLIS users
continues to grow,
thanks to BLIS' user-
friendly format and
abundance of data. We
look forward to
making you part of
the BLIS usergroup.
-------

• Printing the data you select through
a search in standard BUS formats
• Downloading data into a file on
your PC
• Viewing data on your screen
through a flexible view feature that
allows you to browse information
easily.
