The respondent signed a Consent Agreement. The Final Order assessed a civil penalty of $4,650.00. 1564. In Re: Wine Art of Minnesota, EPA Region V, August 1, 1974. (I.F.&R. No. V-083C, I.D. Nos 115201 and 115203.)
