April 2 EPA CONTINUES TO SUSPEND ENFORCEMENT OF LEAD IN GAS PHASE-DOWN PENDING DECISION ON SUPREME COURT REVIEW The " Appeals Court ruled that EPA has authority to require the lead phase-down. EPA expects a decision by late May-early June.
