MILLER TO HEAD WATER ENFORCEMENT
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Russell
E. Train today announced the appointment of Jeffrey G. Miller
of Cambridge, Mass., as the Agency's Deputy Assistant Adminis-
trator for Water Enforcement.
Miller, 34, was Director of the Enforcement Division of
the New England Regional Office of EPA, Boston, Mass. In
his hew position as supervisor of the Agency's nationwide
program of enforcement of water pollution control regulations,
he will report to EPA Assistant Administrator for Enforcement
Stanley Legro.
Before joining the staff of the New England Regional
Office in 1971, Miller was an associate of the Boston law
firm of Bingham, Dana & Gould. An honor graduate of both
Princeton University and Harvard Law School, he is a member
of Phi Beta Kappa. He is also a member of the American,
Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. Miller is married
and the father of two children.
