action. On the education side, the ELS supports a speakers series, holds an
environmental law jobs day, and works to support the natural resources and
environmental law curriculum at CU School of Law. On the action side, the ELS
gets its members involved in environmental legal issues by helping Colorado
environmental and community groups with legal research. The ELS also provides
financial support for law students who work with local environmental groups as
summer interns, promotes recycling within the law school, and has "Work Days"
to help clean up parks or maintain trails. We also just have fun and encourage
the spirit behind environmental law.
