PUBLIC COMMENT OPPORTUNITY Flat Creek IMM PROPOSED for the NATIONAL PRIORITY LIST The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announces the proposal to list the Flat Creek IMM site in Mineral County, Montana on the National Priority List (NPL). Commonly known as Superfund Sites, the NPL is a list of sites across the nation that are contaminated with hazardous substances which pose a risk to public health and the environment. The Superfund Program was created to address these risks and return the sites to beneficial use.
