The effective date of this rulemaking is June 17, 2005, unless EPA receives adverse comments by May 18, 2005. "National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan; National Priorities List" April 21, 2005 (70 FR 20719) EPA announced the deletion of the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company Superfund Site from the NPL. The effective date of this rulemaking is April 21, 2005. "National Priorities List for Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Sites" April 27, 2005 (70 FR 21644) EPA added ten new sites to the General Superfund Section of the NPL. The effective date of this rulemaking is May 27, 2005. "National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan; National Priorities List" April 28, 2005 (70 FR 21966) EPA announced the deletion of the Syosset Landfill Superfund Site from the NPL. The effective date of this rulemaking is April 28, 2005. "National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan; National Priorities List" April 15, 2005 (70 FR 19915) EPA announced its intent to delete the Naval Magazine Indian Island Superfund Site from the NPL.
