and Average Luggage Volume (CL-10) are required, otherwise not allowed.
If the Process Code (CL-0.5) is equal to 'R' (Report) the Manufacturer Code
of the Submission Author Details must match the Manufacturer Code (CL-1 )
of the dataset for which the report was requested.
If the Process Code (CL-0.5) is equal to 'N' or 'C' then the Manufacturer
Code of the Submission Author Details must match the Manufacturer Code
