resource sharing among its member libraries, and pro-
vides public access to the Library Network's Online
  Library System (OLS) catalog.

OLS is a web-based catalog that allows author, title,
document number, and keyword searching of materi-
als owned by all EPA Network Libraries. The OLS
  catalog is available online: www.epa.gov/libraries/
  ols.htm
