      The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
      has launched the Community-Based Water
      Resiliency (CBWR) initiative to increase the
      understanding of how community services rely
      on drinking water and wastewater systems.
      EPA provides tools and resources to increase the
      overall preparedness of communities in the
      event of a water service disruption.
