Continues to implement oxy program. TNRCC expanded
the federal control period to begin Oct. 1 and end on
March 31 .
Proposed redesignation to attainment was published in
the FR on 8-22-01.
Working on redesignation request. Tentatively scheduled
to be submitted to EPA by Spring 2002.
Voluntary ethanol only. Will continue to implement

oxy program will continue to be implemented as a control
