                      Cleaire LongMile Filter Notice
On September 20, 2012 the California Air Resources Board (CARB) suspended sales and
installation of the Cleaire LongMile diesel particulate matter filter retrofit system. The LongMile
was initially verified by CARB for certain 1993-2006 model year on-highway engines.

Cleaire is voluntarily recalling its LongMile system and all sales and installations have been
suspended. Although the LongMile system is still listed on CARB's "Currently Verified" web
page, we do not expect CARB to reinstate the LongMile system.

Consequently, the LongMile system is no longer eligible for use in DERA or other EPA
funded Clean Diesel projects.
