                                  EMTS System Changes

The following EMTS system changes are planned for the upcoming release of the EMTS.

Version 2.1 - Tentatively scheduled for release in August 2012

       1.  A given organization may not submit multiple files with the same name in a given
          calendar year.
       2.  In buy and sell transactions, only organizations that have enabled business activities that
          allow them to buy and sell RINs will be available in EMTS as trading partner
          organizations.
