Federal enforcement discretion was granted to all three states while the SIP revision process occurs. The commitment to not enforce the oxyfuel standard will remain in effect until EPA takes final action on the SIP revisions, or until the end of the oxyfuel season, whichever occurs first. Continues to implement oxy program. TNRCC expanded the federal control period to begin Oct. 1 and end on March 31 . Final redesignation to CO "serious" non-attainment area was published in the FR on 3-1 0-97 (62 FR 10690-10700). Working on redesignation request.
