Opportunities to Inform Development of FY 2016-2017 OAR NPM Guidance

EPA's Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) plans to engage stakeholders via two different paths as
part of the development of National Program Manager (NPM) Guidance. The purpose of the
engagement is to gather early input to inform the development of the draft FY 2016-2017 OAR
NPM Guidance.
   • Letters to National Stakeholder Groups: OAR will request general and targeted input to
inform development of the Guidance from national stakeholder groups, including but
      not limited to:
      - Environmental Council of States (ECOS)
      - National Tribal Air Association (NTAA)
      - Association of Air Pollution Control Agencies (AAPCA)
      - Local Government Advisory Committee (LGAC)
      - National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA)

   • State-OAR Priorities Refresh: State-OAR Priorities will be updated to inform
