Denver/Boulder requested waiver of 7.8 psi RVP for summer 2001. EPA expects to approve it. CMSA counties include: Adams (partial), Arapahoe (partial), Boulder (partial), Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson. KS: Current (March 2001) state-run program in federally-approved SIP is 7.2 psi standard. State has proposed to change this to 7.0 psi for the 2001 ozone season, but has not yet (as of March 2001) adopted the amended regulation. MO: Current (March 2001) state-run program in federally-approved SIP is 7.2 psi standard. State has adopted an amended regulation changing this to 7.0 psi for the 2001 ozone season, but amended regulation is not yet (as of March 2001) effective under state law. Standards for June 1 to September 15 are maximum standards for all regulated parties including retailers and wholesale purchaser-consumers. Gasoline alcohol blends meeting 80.27(d) have 1.0 psi waiver of applicable federal RVP standard. Alaska, Hawaii, and U. S. territories are exempted from federal volatility regulations. 8 ------- |
