TRI "Toxics Release Inventory Articles Exemption Clarification Proposed Rule" August 24, 2009 (74 FR 42625) EPA proposed to take two actions relating to the TRI articles exemption. First, the Agency proposed to formally remove a paragraph of guidance regarding releases due to natural weathering of products that appeared in the Reporting Forms and 2 ------- August 2009 Federal Registers Instructions from 1988 to 2001.
