The effective date of this rulemaking is October 2, 2009. "State and Local Assistance; Technical Correction" September 8, 2009 (74 FR 46019) EPA corrected minor technical errors in the June 16, 2009 final rule that revised regulations to include state response programs and tribal response programs authorized under CERCLA § 128(a) in the list of grants eligible for inclusion in a performance partnership grant (74 FR 28443). The effective date of this rulemaking is September 8, 2009. "National Priorities List, Final Rule No. 47" September 23, 2009 (74 FR 48412) EPA added 11 new sites to the General Superfund Section of the NPL. The effective date of this rulemaking is October 23, 2009.
