status and future direction of the emergency
prevention, preparedness, and response
programs under the Office of Emergency
Management and counterpart regional
offices. The document creates a strategic
plan for fiscal year (FY) 2010-2014 by
identifying a timeline of past events and
legislation, and by considering laws, funding
streams, and program nuances addressing
four key areas: chemical, oil, emergency
response and removal activities, and
homeland security.

needs for the toxicological profiles of six
priority hazardous substances.

This document announced Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) responses
to Agency clearance requests, in compliance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44
U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). Specifically, this
notice announced the following two OMB
Control Number transfers: 1) the OMB
Control Number for Information Collection
Request (ICR) Number 1363.18, "Toxic
Chemical Release Reporting (Form R)" was
changed from 2070-0093 to 2025-0009; and
2) the OMB Control Number for ICR
Number 1704.10, "Toxic Chemical Release
