One facility in Richmond, Kentucky incorrectly reported 5,411,508 pounds of lead compounds as a transfer off-site to disposal to Missouri. This amount should have been reported as being sent off-site to recycling. Due to this error,
lead compounds was incorrectly ranked in the Top Ten Chemicals for total releases in Kentucky.
