Comments/Observations/Problems: During the biennial periods of '91-'93, '93-'95, and "95- 97, Pennsylvania did not have an
approved Wellhead Protection Program. The numbers for the "ground water dependent PWS systems" were not from the biennial
report. The numbers came from a "working points" memo to the Source Water Citizen Advisory Committee members dated 9/98.
