Highlights of Early Input from States, Tribes and Associations
•	NTC member requested that NTC review NPG prior to draft being released.
•	NTC member expressed displeasure with the lack of person-to-person consultation (general
comment not specific to NPG process).
•	General impression is that tribes will wait until after reviewing drafts and the consultation
period opens for any specific input.
Next Steps
•	OITA looks forward to working with tribes during the tribal consultation period.
