Highlights of Early Input from States, Tribes and Associations
•	The National Tribal Toxics Council recommended that as the agency moves into the risk
management phases following completion of TSCA risk evaluations, there should be coordination
and collaboration with Regional Offices to obtain local information and input to plan, analyze and
implement at the regional, state/tribal and local levels.
•	Some states, tribes and territories asked for clarification of how the OCSPP National Program
Guidance (NPG) ties in with the FIFRA Cooperative Agreement Guidance.
Next Steps
OCSPP and the Regional Offices will consider the early input received from state, territory, and tribal
partners in developing the draft FY 2022-2023 National Program Guidance for agency and public
comment.
