What Must Be Monitored?
Measure these parameters on a monthly basis at the facility level...
If using the emission factor method:	
Calcination fraction achieved for each
~	Mass of each carbonate consumed (tons) ~ carbonate, measured annually or
default value of 1.0 (decimal fraction)
If using the mass balance method:	
~	Mass of each input carbonate (tons)	O Mass of each output carbonate (tons)
