US Environmental Protection Agency Office of Pesticide Programs Registration Review Schedule for 2011 to 2014; Changes since the Previous Schedule February 2011 ------- Registration Review Schedule for 2011 to 2014; Changes since the Previous Schedule A number of changes to the registration review schedule occurred as a result of the determination that certain pesticide cases no longer have registered antimicrobial uses, but only conventional uses. Such cases have been moved from the antimicrobial pesticide schedule to the conventional pesticide schedule, as follows: Undecylenic acid - Antimicrobial FY11 to Conventional FY12 Norflurazon - Antimicrobial FY12 to Conventional FY12 Other changes were announced because the status of certain cases was in flux at the time of the scheduled docket openings: Aldicarb - Conventional pesticide moved from FY10 to FY12 As a result of these changes, additional cases were moved up in the schedule to maintain the pace of docket openings necessary to keep the Agency on track for the first 15-year cycle of registration review: Bitrex - Conventional pesticide moved from FY 12 to FY 11 Neodecanamide - Conventional pesticide moved from FY10 to FY11 Lindane - Previously unscheduled conventional pesticide moved to FY 11 Mitin FF - Conventional pesticide moved from FY11, opened in FY10 Tall oil fatty acids, K salts - Conventional pesticide moved from FY12 to FY13 Acibenzolar-methyl - Conventional pesticide moved from FY13 to FY14 Triallate - Conventional pesticide moved from FY13 to FY14 Finally, some cases were moved in the schedule to be considered with similar chemicals: Inorganic sulfites - Previously unscheduled conventional pesticide moved to FY13 to be considered with other fumigants. Sodium bisulfite - Conventional pesticide moved from FY11 to FY13 to be considered with other fumigants. Metofluthrin - Previously unscheduled conventional pesticide moved to FY12 to be considered with other pyrethroids. Sodium p-chloro-m-cresolate - Antimicrobial pesticide moved from FY12 to FY 11 to be considered with p-Chloro-m-cresol. ------- |
