Registration Review Schedule for 2011 to 2014; Changes since the Previous Schedule
A number of changes to the registration review schedule occurred as a result of the determination
that certain pesticide cases no longer have registered antimicrobial uses, but only conventional
uses. Such cases have been moved from the antimicrobial pesticide schedule to the conventional
pesticide schedule, as follows:
Undecylenic acid - Antimicrobial FY11 to Conventional FY12
Norflurazon - Antimicrobial FY12 to Conventional FY12
Other changes were announced because the status of certain cases was in flux at the time of the
scheduled docket openings:
Aldicarb - Conventional pesticide moved from FY10 to FY12
As a result of these changes, additional cases were moved up in the schedule to maintain the pace
of docket openings necessary to keep the Agency on track for the first 15-year cycle of
registration review:
Bitrex - Conventional pesticide moved from FY 12 to FY 11
Neodecanamide - Conventional pesticide moved from FY10 to FY11
Lindane - Previously unscheduled conventional pesticide moved to FY 11
Mitin FF - Conventional pesticide moved from FY11, opened in FY10
Tall oil fatty acids, K salts - Conventional pesticide moved from FY12 to FY13
Acibenzolar-methyl - Conventional pesticide moved from FY13 to FY14
Triallate - Conventional pesticide moved from FY13 to FY14
Finally, some cases were moved in the schedule to be considered with similar chemicals:
Inorganic sulfites - Previously unscheduled conventional pesticide moved to FY13 to be
considered with other fumigants.
Sodium bisulfite - Conventional pesticide moved from FY11 to FY13 to be considered
with other fumigants.
Metofluthrin - Previously unscheduled conventional pesticide moved to FY12 to be
considered with other pyrethroids.
Sodium p-chloro-m-cresolate - Antimicrobial pesticide moved from FY12 to FY 11 to be
considered with p-Chloro-m-cresol.
