What is the status of the Environmental Impact Statement?: BioPro Rock Falls Project is sited at the City of Rock Falls Industrial Complex which permitted for Electricity and Thermal Power Generation. The Industrial Complex has assessed the environmental impacts. Is any element of the project - technology or other - experimental or pilot-phase?: The project will use established boiler technology and locally sourced residual biomass. The company has filed 38 patent applications and is advancing existing technology in boiler design and crop residue harvesting, agricultural equipment design, residue storage and residue combustion. What is the long- and short-term operations program of the project? Does the renewable energy technology manufacturer have a technical support team locally available?: A local support team will be available to service (planned or unplanned maintenance - warranty) and BPP will also use a well- established third party for the project's daily operations and management. For wind projects, has a meteorological tower been installed? If yes, when was the tower installed and how much data has been collected?: Who has analyzed the data and what is that person's experience with respect to projects that have actually been financed?: Will Schippers, of Biomass Products ,LLC, has presented the financial projections and capitalization plan to Wall Street investment firms and national/regional banks providing capital to renewable energy projects. Previous experience has been in assisting solar projects obtain financing from major investment banking firms.
