EnergyWise

The EnergyWise program provides home energy audits
for residential customers, condominium associations,
and apartment building owners.

Benefits: Incentives and low-interest loans are

Summer Saver Rewards Program

All customers of The Connecticut Light and Power Com-
pany and The United Illuminating Company are eligible
to receive a credit of 10%, 15% or 20% on the genera-
tion portion of their electric bill by reducing the amount
of electricity used this summer.

Benefits: Credits will be applied to customers account
during the November billing period.

Room Air Conditioner Turn-In

A room air conditioner turn-in program.

Benefits: Rebates ranging from $25 to $500 for the
replacement of older, inefficient room air conditioners
and central air conditioning systems with Energy Star
rated models.

The Connecticut Energy
Assistance Program (CEAP)

Winter Heating Assistance Program to reduce costs for
eligible households.

Eligibility: Certain income guidelines apply.

Benefits: Up to $675 for vulnerable households and
up to $645 for non vulnerable households may be
available.

Program (CHAP)

Eligibility: Homeowners with higher incomes than would
