What is the status of the Environmental Impact Statement?: Completed in 2010. Finding of no
significant impact.

What is the long- and short-term operations program of the project? Does the renewable energy
technology manufacturer have a technical support team locally available?:

The project will be operated primarily with on-site personnel of Iowa Renewable Power. They have
received preliminary training, and will complete their training during the startup and commissioning
of the facility. The technology provider, Organic Waste Systems, has a technical support team in Ohio.

For wind projects, has a meteorological tower been installed? If yes, when was the tower installed

Provide a short summary of how you view project finance and structure/ownership:

What are your ideal types of prospective institutions/partners?: Beef/Meat processors, Agricultural
Industry Suppliers, Restaurants/Food Distributors that sell Beef Products. Since this project uses the
manure from 4800 beef cattle, and the project will enable the production to have a negative carbon
footprint, these partners would be a natural fit.

What is the intended off-take for the renewable power with respect to bundled or unbundled
products and is there a preference? The renewable power can be sold bundled or unbundled.
