As a 2022 Rebate Selectee, be sure to
thoroughly review the 2022 CSB Rebates
website for FAQs, important dates, rebate
forms, and contact information.

SELECTION: OCT 2022

Selectees notified to begin purchase of new
buses in accordance with Section 3 of the
2022 CSB Rebates Program Guide CCSB PG\
Please contact cleanschoolbus@epa.gov with
any program-related questions.

DOCUMENTS/PURCHASE ORDERS: OCT 2022-APR 2023

Rebate selectees will provide their EPA contacts the required
documentation annotated in Section 8 of the CSB PG for
reimbursement, including payment request forms, purchase
orders, and payment. Be sure to retain your documents for 5
years and comply with CSB PG Terms and Conditions.

INFRASTRUCTURE: OCT-DEC 2022

If receiving funds for EV charging infrastructure,
please review Section 4 of the CSB PG and contact
your local utility as soon as possible. For technical
assistance and infrastructure-related questions,
please contact cleanschoolbusTA@nrel.gov.

SCRAPPAGE: Close-Out Prep

Submit detailed proof of scrappage,
sale, or donation of old buses to EPA
contact, including specified photos
and documentation as outlined in
Section 9 of the CSB PG.

CLOSEOUT: OCT 2024

Project period deadline for selectees
to receive new buses, install applicable
charging infrastructure, replace old
buses, and submit close out forms.
