U.S. EPA Modification of Approval for Commercial Storage and
Disposal of PCBs at US Ecology Nevada, Inc.
The Administrative Record ("AR") Index ("Index") lists all of the documents, correspondence,
data and other information that U.S. EPA considered in proposing to modify the Toxic
Substances Control Act ("TSCA") Approval ("TSCA Approval") for the US Ecology Nevada,
Inc. Beatty Nevada Facility ("Facility"). The TSCA Approval, which was initially issued on
November 5, 2012, allows US Ecology to manage wastes containing polychlorinated biphenyls
(PCBs) at the Facility. If approved, the proposed modification will allow US Ecology to
construct and operate a new 47.3-acre landfill for disposal of PCB wastes at the Facility.
The AR is physically located at the U.S. EPA Region 9 office in San Francisco, California.
