you to distribute the lead pamphlet and'or if you will need 1o comply with Gaining certification and work

Are ANY of the following conditions present?

¦	Work consists oF only minor repairs or maintenance that dis-
turbs iess than 6 square feet of painted surfaces per room
for interior activities or less than 20 square feet of painted
surface for exterior activities Wore.- this does not include
window replacement, demolition, and projects involving
prohibited practices.

• Housing has been determined to be f*ee of bad-based paint
either by a certified inspeclor or risk assessor, or the

components being renovated have been determined to be
free of lead-based paint by a certfied renovalor using an
EPA recognized tesl kit.
