You may need to verify that your purchase meets additional eligibility requirements outlined in the Green Power Partnership Program Requirements document. PARTNERSHIP Type of Information Notes 1. Measured or estimated annual purchased electricity use data across all U.S. facilities joining the partnership. (Base load Kilowatt-hours) *leased space can estimate electricity use based on square footage 2. Amount of eligible green power purchased across all U.S. facilities joining the partnership. (Kilowatt-hours) **Must be for the same facilities as identified under No. 2 above 3. Your organization's desired reporting period (e.g., calendar year, fiscal year, or other 12-month period) 4. Name of your green power supplier. 5. Name of the supplier's green power product, (for REC or utility supplier offerings) 6. Resource mix of the green power product, (percentage by resource type - biogas, biomass, geothermal, small hydro, solar, wind) 7. Whether your purchase is third party certified and verified, (not required, but highly recommended) 8. The amount of delivered generation under contract, for owned or Power Purchase Agreements with eligible onsite or offsite green power projects, (kilowatt-hours) 9. Identify a person who can bind your organization in partnership with EPA and sign the partnership agreement for prior to submission. 10. Contact information for your organization's Primary and Public Relations points of contact. 11. Partner profile statement, describing your organization and its green power goals, activities and successes ------- |
