PARTNERSHIP

To advance our nation's energy and climate goals, the United States must be a leader in
innovating and deploying clean energy. In that spirit, the White House along with the support of
several Federal Agencies are calling on leaders across our economy to make tangible
commitments to support the deployment and use of on-site renewable energy.

By signing this form, your organization commits to:

•	Making a tangible commitment to the future deployment and use of on-site renewable energy within the United
States.

•	Realizing and publically promoting this commitment and allow the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to state
the commitment on the US EPA Green Power Partnership Web site.

In return, the Federal Government commits to:

•	Provide public recognition.

•	Provide renewable energy procurement and communications assistance, as requested.

•	Provide a description of your organization's on-site renewable commitment on the US EPA Green Power Partnership
Web site.

General Terms:

•	In order for renewable energy commitments to be listed on the Green Power Partnership Web site, organizations must be a recognized Green Power

available at www.epa.gov/greenpower/ioin/steps.htm.

•	Either party can terminate this agreement at anytime without prior notification or penalties and with no further obligation. EPA will not comment
publicly regarding the withdrawal of organizations from the on-site renewable commitment Web page.

•	Organizations agree that the activities it undertakes connected with this voluntary agreement are not intended to provide services to the federal
government and that it will not seek compensation from a federal agency.

•	Organizations agree that it will not claim or imply that its participation in the on-site renewable commitments initiative constitutes Federal
government approval or endorsement of anything other than its participation in the initiative and will not make statements or imply that the Federal
government endorses the purchase or sale of the organization's products and services or the views of the organization.

•	EPA may post information about the organization's on-site renewable deployment and use publicly.

PARTNERSHIP

Tangible On-site Renewables Commitment:

As a component of the US EPA Green Power Partnership's On-site Renewables Challenge, EPA is highlighting the tangible
commitments made by Partners to increase the deployment and use of on-site renewable energy by 2020.

All organizations that have made an on-site renewable energy commitment and signed the commitment form will have a
short profile (<100 words) on the EPA's Green Power Partnership Web site. Please draft a paragraph in the text box
provided below that describes your organization, its experience to date with renewable energy, and a forward-looking
commitment to the deployment and use of on-site renewable energy within the United States. EPA will then review the
profile and offer each organization a chance to approve the final commitment statement prior to posting on the On-site
Renewables Commitment Web page, (http://www.epa.gov/greenpower/initiatives/onsite commitments.htm)

Partner organizations can express their on-site renewables commitments in terms of capacity deployed, increase in capacity
deployed, kilowatt-hours generated and used, number of facilities with on-site renewable, percent of facilities with on-site
renewable, or other commitment metric.

Partner On-site Renewables Commitment Statement (<100 Words')

To submit this form, please FAX your completed On-site Renewable Commitment Agreement to 617-371-3979 (contractor
in support of EPA), or email a scanned and signed copy to critchfield.iames@epa.gov.
